Celebrating 22 Years at Haxted Mill


 

 

15th, 16th 17th April

This our second newsletter on events at Haxted Mill Restaurant. After a very busy Mother’s Day Lunch we are now looking forward to the Easter Weekend when we will be open for Monday Lunch as well as our normal opening hours Tuesday to Sunday for Lunch and Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner. We are hoping by then the weather will have improved so that we will be having lunch outside by the millpond.

For me this is an exciting time of year when the restaurant starts to come into it’s own after the long dark days and nights of winter and people return from wherever they have been. Our organic garden is slowly producing and the introduction of a poly tunnel will certainly speed things along As I said in my previous letter, I am hoping to grow as much organic produce as possible for the restaurant from our own kitchen garden.

For Easter Sunday Lunch we have a wonderful menu to celebrate approaching warmer days.
